We currently work with a large number of golfers, all with varying playing abilities and physical capabilities. All our clients are screened and assessed on an individual basis and the conditioning programmes that we prescribe are based on that individuals requirements and personal goals that they want to achieve on the golf course.

'Since training with Rachael at Dynamic Golf I have been able to focus on the correct areas to improve my golf swing. During the sessions I have been able to understand my strengths & weaknesses and focus on the specific areas that would improve my movements during the swing. "I have found the training invaluable. I was amazed at how quickly you identified my weaknesses . I was not at all convinced I would see much difference but thought it was worth a go. Doing the exercises with computer pictures took a few sessions to get used to but then what really surprised me was that within a matter of weeks my length has actually improved and my overall feeling of consistency seems to be better. I really can't quite believe the improvement, I do actually feel more confident on the golf course and only can hope that the improvement maintains or even gets better."
