Our group golf conditioning classes are suitable for all ages and training abilities and are a great way for you to train in a safe and effective environment.

 

Our classes aim to:

  • improve movement and mobility which can help improve technique and swing efficiency.

  • develop strength and stability to improve balance and posture; as well as reduce injury risk.

  • increase power and force, helping you to hit the ball further

All classes are held at Iveridge Health Club, Leeds.

 

Current class times are: 

Mondays - 7:30am-8:30am & 12:00pm-1:00pm

Sundays - 9:00am-10:00am

6 week blocks are available for only £48!
